For nearly 40 years, we've shared an incredible journey as close friends and colleagues. We started out as financial advisors and CFPs in the American Express Financial Advisor system (now Ameriprise Financial), where we each built highly successful practices. Over time, we earned recognition as award-winning executives, recruiting, training, and inspiring thousands of financial advisors and leaders across the country - all while staying true to our shared passion for helping people unlock their full potential, both personally and professionally. 

In the past decade, we've taken our expertise beyond financial advising, diving into entrepreneurial ventures, consulting with C-suite executives, and working in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions. The experiences we've gained along the way have been as rewarding as they've been diverse.

Now, we've joined forces to create a boutique consulting firm with a single focus: helping successful financial advisors maximize the value of their businesses in the private equity market.
